When COVID-19 hit the world, the business landscape faced economic hardship, necessitating a major shift to remote working. Business owners thought that remote work was a passing phase. Interestingly, four years later, it has become the norm of doing business, while others have taken a hybrid approach.
Most businesses use cloud-based communication to ensure their customers’ needs are met while still building a sense of community among their employees. This has allowed businesses to save a lot in terms of office rent, office space management, and office furniture.
With the boom in remote work came the boom in virtual office services. Company formation agents made it easier for businesses to work from home while maintaining a professional image and improving their operations and effective communication.
The emergence of virtual offices has made it easier for sole traders to manage and operate their businesses without the need to use their residential addresses. The virtual office comes with a professional address that can be used to register a company, market goods and services, mail handling, and also as the director’s service address.
To streamline your business operation, BusinAssist, one of the leading providers of business solutions, offers affordable virtual office services with enhanced features to help you in effective business planning. Here is a guide on how you can get a virtual office address through our user-friendly website.
Key Takeaways
- Choose from UK locations like London, Belfast, Glasgow, and Edinburgh to enhance your company’s image.
- Affordable packages start from £45.76 per year, including mail handling and optional VoIP numbers.
- The process is quick and simple: select your location, customise your address, and register online.

In one of the packages, customers can form a company using their address while in the other package, our customers can rent our address to register their company with it.
How to get a virtual address through our main page?
On our main virtual office page, you can easily choose an address that suits your business needs and your image.
Step 1
Choose a location that suits your business needs. In London, we have four business center addresses: High Street North, East Ham, Hatton Garden Holborn, Totten Ham Court Road Fitzrovia, and Oxford Street Mayfair.
In other locations, we have one address: Lisburn Road, Belfast, in Northern Ireland, and two addresses in Scotland, Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow and Young Street in Edinburgh, for businesses to choose from.
All these addresses are located on high-end, prestigious streets, enhancing your business’s credibility and professionalism. Your customers will perceive your business as a more established and reputable company. By clicking “Read for More Information” on each of the addresses, you will learn more about the location and how we handle mail and parcels for our clients.
Step 2
Select a virtual office package that aligns with the requirements of your business. We have a range of packages available, each designed with clients’ requirements in mind, without breaking the bank. All of our virtual office packages come with mail handling and free bank accounts.
The basic package is the cheapest one offering fantastic value for money. With £45.76 annually, you can rent one of our addresses for 1 company and get up to 10 post items handled per month.
Our standard, advanced, and premium packages include free UK Business VoIP landline phone numbers and mail forwarding via scan to email.
Certain packages we offer include a variety of supplementary advantages, including complimentary UK Ltd registration, a no-cost call answering service, a free service for creating company logos, a free UK virtual mobile service, and much more.
Step 3
Once you know the package that you want, insert the location of your choice before subscribing to it. Before the ‘Subscribe’ button at the bottom of every package, there is a drop-down menu where you can choose the address.
Once you select the address, hit the ‘Subscribe’ button to proceed with the online registration.
Step 4
BusinAssist is the only virtual office provider that lets you build your own unique address. You can choose how you want to create your virtual office address, either;
- To be allocated the next available office, or
- To build your own unique address
If you choose the latter one, you will choose
- The type (office, suite, unit)
- Enter any office number of your choice (between 2 and 4 digits)
- Choose Postfix (this is a free, open-source mail transfer agent (MTA) that can be used to host multiple domains)
Once you fill in all the boxes to build your address, we will let you know if the address is available or not. Once done, click ‘Continue’ to take you to the next step.
Step 5
You can choose whether to incorporate a UK limited company with the address you have created. You can choose to register the company at this step or later. To incorporate a company at this step, you will only pay Companies House mandatory fees which are £50.00 if you have chosen the basic or standard package. For those who choose the advanced or the premium package, the company will be incorporated for free.
Step 6
If you wish to form the company later, a form will appear to allow you to fill in the primary details of the contact person who will be managing the account. The details include title, first and last name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, country of residence, and Email address (which must be verified). You will also be required to enter your company name or your own name if you are a sole trader.
In case you have additional directors, shareholders, or account holders, you can add them in the client login area.
If you wish to incorporate a company immediately, you will insert the primary contact person’s details as mentioned above.
