ID Guide

Instructions on how to submit your ID documents will be stated in your booking confirmation email which you will receive after you have completed payment for the relevant service.

Documents in all languages are accepted and unlike many other service providers, we wont charge you extra to translate them.

We need the below documents for all Directors and Beneficial Owners of a company / business.
1) 1st Document (Photo ID)

This must be different to the document provided to us as your 1st ID document in point 1 above.
3) Selfie holding your Photo ID

4) Video Liveness Test - Upload link will be provided.
If you are a reseller or agent, a generic, non-branded verification link will be provided that can be shared directly with your clients. This ensures that you can share the link with your clients without revealing that the verification is being processed through BusinAssist.

If we are going to be speaking to someone other than the Director (i.e. an Authorised Person), we will require the same set of ID documents as stated above for the Authorised Account Handler, along with a letter of authorisation signed by the Director confirming that we are permitted to communicate with the appointed individual. See here for an example template. We reserve the right to request additional documents if additional checks are required. This is determined on a case by case basis.
