Ultimately, you will need to handle the objections and submit your responses to the UKIPO yourself.
3) What happens if my Trademark application gets rejected?
If your trademark application is rejected, you will receive a formal notice explaining the reasons for the refusal, which could be due to issues such as similarity to existing trademarks, lack of distinctiveness, or procedural errors. You can respond by amending your application, providing evidence or arguments to address the issues raised, or appealing the decision if you believe it was incorrect. 4) I do not live in UK? Can I still apply for UK Trademark registration?
