Special resolution needs to be submitted to Companies House and then retained by the company for their records.
Will I get new company formation documents like Certificate of Incorporation with my new company name on it?

These documents will not be issued again when you change your company name. However, you will receive a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name issued by Companies House once the company name change application has been accepted. Can I withdraw my name change application?
No, you cannot withdraw name change application once submitted. You will need to wait for the application to be processed and submit a new application if required.
