2 tokens = Answer a call under your company's name. After taking a message, we will call you on your UK landline or mobile and ask if you want to take the calls. If yes, we transfer the calls to you right away. Regardless of how long your calls with your customer last, we will only deduct two tokens from your balance.

As per UK regulations, no ID documents are required to set up a Call Answering service. However, we may request more details about your company at our discretion, and if necessary, we may ask the directors to provide ID, proof of residential address, and selfies.

You pay a monthly service charge of £4.99 via automatic subscription payments. You will be billed for this on the monthly anniversary of the day you signed up.

When you run out, you can buy the bundle of additional tokens from the client admin area.

10 Tokens in a Bundle = £16.67 + VAT (£20 inc VAT)

30 tokens in a bundle = £49.17 + VAT (£59 inc VAT)

We will deduct one token from your balance when we answer a phone, take a message, and send it to you.

Two tokens will be taken out of your balance when we answer a call and transfer it to you. We don't bill by the minute.

No, If you do not use your free tokens, the unused tokens will expire on the monthly billing date. On the monthly billing date, you will receive a new batch of free tokens. You can find information about your free tokens and purchased bundles in the client portal.
