Our UK Limited Company Formation application process has been streamlined and simplified to make forming a company so easy that even a child can do it!

Your company will be incorporated with 100 x £0.01 shares. That means that you need to inject share capital of only £1 into your business to get it up and running and compliant with UK regulations.
To streamline, simplify and speed up the company formation process, we have made some general assumptions which in our experience are applicable to 90% of the Companies that we form.
  • All Directors are people (not corporate entities).
  • All Directors are also Shareholders of the company.
  • All Directors are also beneficial owners and people who control the company via share ownership.
  • The Director's correspondence address is the same as the company's registered address.
  • Each Director owns a minumum of 26% of the shares issued.
If any of the above statements are incorrect then please do not complete the form below. Instead contact us and we will send you a different form to complete.

Company's Details

Enter your company details

Please note that even if your name is showing as "available" there is no guarantee that Companies House will accept your application. If your chosen name is similar to that of an existing company or if you are using a "sensitive" word (see here) your application may be rejected and you will have to pay £15.99 and apply again. Don't get caught out. Add protection insurance at checkout for only £2.99. If your application is rejected you will have the right to apply again for free.
This will automatically be added to the end of your company's name. Do not add this manually to your companies name in the box above unless you want to add Ltd / Limited twice to the company's name. There is no difference between Limited and Ltd other than one is an abbreviation.

Company's Registered Address

Enter the Registered Address for your Business. It will also be used as the Correspondence Address for the Directors and Persons of Significant Control of the company. The address will be visible for the general public to see.

This should also be the main email address that is used to communicate with us.
